Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We proudly offer FREE Shipping Worldwide that currently delivers to over 180 countries and islands. No matter where you are, you can buy from us! However, there are some location we are unable to ship to (or for free). If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How does shipping work?

UberLightingStore partners with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. Packages from warehouses in China are shipped via ePacket, DHL or EMS depending on the weight and size of the package. Packages shipped from U.S. warehouses are shipped through USPS, DHL or other private courier services. Unfortunately for larger packages, some merchants do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Because we ship directly from our partners, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way 🙂

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location and shipping rush seasons (such as holiday and other seasonal sales). Here are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information (check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive the email in your inbox). You can check the status of your order by going to the order tracking page.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
